Fishing Outer Banks
Charter types
We do many types of trips to accommodate anyone needs. We have half day or full day trips inshore and the sound. We do offshore trips, but these are a full day only because of the distance. We also do sunset cruises, kids trips, and island excursions. We can custom make a trip for you.
Charter rates
All Trips
Rates are for 1-4 people. $50 extra per person . *GRATUITY FOR THE MATE IS NOT INCLUDED. It is customary to tip 15-20%.
HALF DAY
$500-600
This is in the sound and near the inlet trip. These trips are 4 hours. We catch a wide variety of fish.
FULL DAY
$900-1300
This is in the sound and near shore trip. Because of the longer time , we are allowed to venture out and look for bigger fish. Depending on the type of fish you want to target, this trip can vary in price. These trips are 8 hours.
OFFSHORE
$1800
Because we travel over 30 miles one way to the Gulf stream, this is an all day trip which usually last 8-10 hours. You can have a chance at catching a large offshore fish like Tuna, Dolphin, Wahoo, Blue Marlin or White Marlin. You never know what's going to bite your hook.
SPECIALTY TRIPS
We go the extra mile for our clients. These trips are about 3 hours. Enjoy the calm waters of the sounds.
SUNSET CRUISE
$400
The boat is all yours. We take up to six people on an amazing sunset cruise out in the sound to watch the best sunset on the Outer Banks. Listen to some great music, bring your adult beverages or maybe have just a romantic evening with that special someone.
FAMILY ISLAND EXCURSION
$450
Take the family (up to 6 people) for fishing adventure/ cruise around Roanoke Island. See some interesting sites that you can only see by boat.
KIDS TRIP
$450
Staying in the clam waters on the sound, this is a great way to introduce kids to fishing. We catch spot, croakers, trout, bluefish, and many other species. Kids have an awesome time and it's great time for photos.
All trips included bait, tackle, and license. You can keep all legal size fish and limits are strictly enforced. Deposits are required for all trips. The captain may cancel a trip due to bad weather. Your deposit would be refunded or rebooked for another day. Failure to show for a charter is a forfeit of your deposit. You should bring your own food & drinks. Its recommended that you might bring sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen lotion (no spray lotions). If at all possible, please avoid wearing black sole shoes on the boat. The captain does appreciate tips and hopes you have a great time with him.
