Fishing on the Outer Banks has overall been great. Sure there has been some days better than other. The offshore bite has been steady with a mix bag of tuna, dolphin wahoo, and now a few billfish showing up. Inshore, outside the inlet, its been a few cobia starting to head back south, along with some big Red Drum. Spanish Mackerel are mixed in with the Albacore and a few King Mackerel mixed in with them. In the sound, the usual bottom fish like croakers, flounder, sea mullet, and bluefish. The puppy drum are still around, mostly on the flats. Fall fishing is just around the corner, so shoot me an email and lets go.
